I do my very best to ensure the utmost quality in my product. However, if your item is damaged within 60 days of your order date, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will do my very best to fix your piece.
Updating An Existing Piece
If you ever want to add more customization to an existing piece, I am more than happy to do so. I charge a flat customization fee of $10 plus shipping costs. Please note that I can only add additional customization to the piece if the piece has enough space for it.
Changing An Order
I work hard to process your orders as quickly as possible, in order to get them to you sooner. For this reason, I cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been processed. if you need to make any changes/cancel your order please contact me as quickly as possible at email@example.com. I want your order to be perfect.
